BettingJobs is currently working with a fast-growing Tech Consultancy in the UK, looking for a iGaming Sales Lead to help grow their iGaming client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across the iGaming sector through targeted outreach, industry networking, and event participation, engaging senior Product, Technology, and Digital leaders.
- Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring rigorous qualification, accurate forecasting, and seamless handover of won business to delivery teams.
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CTO, CPO, CIO, Digital leaders), understanding their commercial and technology challenges to shape impactful solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, including proposals, presentations, negotiations, and commercial agreements.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets by focusing on high-value opportunities and executing a clear go-to-market strategy.
- Stay ahead of iGaming trends, including platform modernisation, real-time data, personalisation, AI, and regulatory change, using these insights to strengthen market positioning.

- Have 8+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or related roles within iGaming, betting, or gaming platforms.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in a hunter-led sales environment.
- Possess an established network across gaming operators, betting brands, or platform providers.
- Have experience influencing C-suite and senior digital or technology stakeholders.
- Can originate, shape, negotiate, and close complex, high-value, multi-year deals.
- Take a consultative, outcomes-focused approach to selling.
- Understand the iGaming ecosystem, including sportsbook and casino platforms, customer acquisition and retention, personalisation, compliance, scalability, and performance.
- Have strong knowledge of technology-driven transformation, including digital product development, platform engineering, UX, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), real-time data, AI, Agile delivery, DevOps, and quality engineering at scale.
