Job Description

As one of Europeʼs most awarded healthcare agencies, McCann Health London launched the IGNITE programme in 2020 to kick-start creative careers. The 15-week internship pays the London Living Wage, providing a way into the industry regardless of background or experience.

You will be completely immersed in the creative process at a leading agency. You'll work on live client briefs, get involved in pitches and collaborate with international teams, all under the mentorship of award-winning creatives.

So whoever you are, wherever you come from, if youʼre passionate about creativity and its power to improve peopleʼs lives, you can IGNITE your career with us.

We’re looking for all sorts, so show us your sort of creativity.

You’ll see a button to upload a portfolio, but we’re open to anything! Upload anything you’re proud of; a painting, a poem, a video, even a cake you’ve made. Whatever shows how your brain works, who you are, and how you see the world.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
