About Migrate UK
Migrate UK was founded in 2004 by Jonathan Beech, who was at that time leading KPMG’s UK immigration practice. Our ethos from the very beginning has been to make ‘big’ immigration ‘small’ - to manage large-scale visa programmes and complex immigration applications and to focus on making them as streamlined and easy for our clients as possible.
Most of our team now has a background working for “Big 4” service providers and international law firms and offer that same level of expertise and efficiency of service, but with perhaps a little bit more of a human touch.
At a time when immigration support is being offered as much by software developers as city law firms, Migrate UK likes to provide the best of both worlds: tech-enabled visa support managed by experienced advisers.
Migrate UK are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) and so our advisers would need to be able to obtain Level 1 regulation before being able to work without direct supervision.
About the Role: Consultant
Our Consultants manage a caseload that is a combination of ongoing support for sponsors with sponsor licences and individual applications. All of our applications are made within the visa routes of the Immigration Rules, with the exception of applications made under the British Nationality Act 1981. Our Senior Consultants typically manage varied caseloads of ~30 visa applications a month.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
