We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant, EMEA to join our international immigration team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is eager to make a meaningful impact — going beyond simply processing cases.
As an Immigration Consultant
As an Immigration Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your portfolio, managing end-to-end immigration processes while being a trusted advisor to clients and foreign nationals. You won’t just follow processes; you’ll help shape and improve them.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with Foreign National (FN) and clients’ HR team, setting the right expectations and timelines.
- Adhere to clients’ agreed protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Adhere to Envoy’s case management SOP, ensuring the effective maintenance of client and internal records via use of the case management system and other internal systems.
- Prepare/draft applications.
- Collaborate and work closely with Third Party Vendors (TPV) on various aspects of work authorization and other immigration matters.
- Ensure assessments are completed in accordance with SOP.
- Sign off on cases closed by Global Administrator including expiry tracking in accordance with SOP.
- Attend and participate in client calls as needed.
- Communicate with immigration authorities to clarify guidance notes/request application update and/or escalate applications when immigration authorities fails to meet its processing standard/withdraw applications and/or request refund of government fees.
- Ensure accurate billing of client matters in keeping with company policy and protocols.

What We’re Looking For
Skills, Experience, Attributes, and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of immigration experience, preferably with exposure to global or multi-country immigration programs.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end immigration processes, including assessments, application preparation, case management, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging with clients, foreign nationals, authorities, and external vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and drive cases to completion.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and navigating complex immigration scenarios.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements and apply them effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable identifying process improvements and contributing to operational excellence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment.
- Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
