Immigration Paralegal – Corporate Team
Location: London
Work Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9:30am–5:30pm (flexible applications considered)
Join our leading Immigration Practice Area and help support high-profile corporate clients with complex and meaningful work.
At Kingsley Napley LLP, we are renowned for our expertise, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering outstanding service. We are now seeking a proactive and detail-focused Immigration Paralegal to join our busy Corporate Immigration team.
About the Role
As an Immigration Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting fee-earners with a wide range of corporate immigration matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in immigration law who thrives in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
You will be involved in:
- Conducting legal research and supporting fee-earners with case preparation
- Preparing and drafting UKVI application forms, letters, and standard correspondence
- Liaising with clients and arranging UK Visas & Immigration appointments
- Monitoring the progress of applications and ensuring timely updates
- Managing large volumes of documentation with accuracy and precision
- Providing general administrative support within a high-performing team

We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A strong interest in law and current immigration issues
- Excellent written communication skills, including drafting emails and letters
- Strong research abilities and high standards of accuracy
- The ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling large amounts of documentation
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A positive, professional attitude
- Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and client needs
- Respect for confidentiality and sensitive information
