About The Freeths Immigration Team

Our Employment, Pensions and Immigration (EPIC) team is led by Rena Magdani, ranked Band 1 in Chambers & Partners and recognised as a Leader in the Field in both Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500. The wider EPIC practice comprises more than 50 specialists nationwide, many of whom are highly ranked and regarded in both directories.

We provide specialist employment, immigration and pensions support to a diverse client base ranging from PLCs to SMEs across the UK. Our team includes numerous recommended lawyers and leading individuals, recognised for their technical excellence and pragmatic commercial advice.

About The Role

We are in an exciting phase of growth and are seeking an Immigration Partner with a strong, established and transferable client following to join our friendly, collaborative and ambitious team.

  • You will have a recognised market profile, together with a proven track record of developing and sustaining client and referrer relationships, and the credibility and confidence to win work and grow a practice within a national platform.
  • This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys shaping strategy, influencing direction and playing a visible role in the continued development of a high‑performing team.
