Are you passionate about shaping the future of immunotherapy care?
Join GenesisCare UK as our Immunotherapy Advanced Clinical Practitioner and play a leading role in advancing the safe and effective delivery of immunotherapies across our nationwide network of state-of-the-art centres.
The Role
As the Immunotherapy Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you’ll support and enhance the safe delivery of immunotherapy treatments across GenesisCare’s medical oncology centres.
This is a national role, providing both in-person and virtual clinical expertise. You will lead the development of the national immunotherapy service, including the implementation of up-to-date protocols for toxicity management, coordination of MDT input for complex cases, and oversight of patient care. The role includes delivering staff education and running both in-person and virtual clinics.
You’ll also drive the development of GenesisCare’s national immunotherapy service—ensuring evidence-based practice, consistency of care, and excellent patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver in-person and virtual clinics for patients experiencing immunotherapy toxicity, supporting consultants with safe management (e.g., thyroxine initiation, low cortisol, minimising morbidity from steroid use).
- Act as a point of contact between consultants, relevant general medical specialists (where indicated) and the wider GenesisCare team to ensure prompt and safe management of immunotherapy toxicity and effective multidisciplinary working.
- Update primary care teams on toxicities experienced by their patients, work to minimise impact on primary care services (e.g. by ensuring GenesisCare organise initial toxicity management) and plan safe transition back to primary care for long-term conditions.
- Stay current with relevant protocols, guidelines, and policies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
