Role Description
The Impact Associate is a contract, remote role responsible for supporting client projects across Impact Strategy, Impact Talent, and Impact Communications. Day-to-day work includes conducting research and analysis on social impact initiatives, preparing client-ready presentations and reports, and helping track impact metrics. The role involves coordinating with partners and stakeholders, drafting briefs and content for campaigns and events, and supporting project management tasks such as timelines, documentation, and follow-up actions. The Impact Associate will contribute to designing inclusive initiatives, gathering data and insights, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with client goals. This position is suited to someone who is highly organized, impact-driven, and comfortable working independently in a virtual, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, including the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience with project coordination or project management, including organizing workflows, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create concise reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Demonstrated interest in social impact, ESG, DEI, or responsible business practices, ideally with experience supporting related initiatives or programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across time zones with a diverse range of partners.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., office productivity suites, online collaboration platforms, basic data analysis tools); familiarity with impact measurement frameworks is an advantage.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in fields such as social sciences, business, public policy, communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting events, campaigns, or stakeholder engagement activities is beneficial, especially in cross-sector or inclusion-focused contexts.
