Role Description

The Sales Manager South role is a full-time remote position responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Oxy Implant UK in the Southern UK region. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves:

  • Identifying and qualifying new leads
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with dental practices
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians and practice managers

Additionally, this role includes:

  • Collaborating with marketing to execute regional campaigns
  • Monitoring competitor activity
  • Providing market feedback for product development
  • Reporting on sales performance and forecasts to leadership

Regular travel within the territory for in-person meetings, trainings, events, and trade shows will be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in dental, medical device, or healthcare sales, ideally with implantology or related clinical products.
  • Strong skills in territory management, business development, and account management, with the ability to grow and sustain a regional customer base.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Competence in remote and field-based work, including self-organization, time management, and use of CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and develop strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfort with training and supporting dental teams on product use and best practices for immediate loading procedures.
  • Relevant education in business, marketing, dental technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly within the Southern UK region.
