Role Description
The Implantologist will provide comprehensive implant dentistry services, including assessment, treatment planning, surgical placement of dental implants, and restoration in line with Tooth Club’s clinical standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Conducting detailed consultations
- Interpreting diagnostic imaging
- Collaborating on multidisciplinary treatment plans
- Performing implant surgeries and follow-up care
- Maintaining accurate clinical records
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory and infection control standards
- Supporting an excellent patient experience through clear communication and empathy
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Maidstone, with possible days working in other Kent practices. Working closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and support staff to deliver consistent, high-quality implant outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in implant dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical placement, and restoration of dental implants.
- Proficiency in using dental imaging and diagnostic tools (e.g., CBCT, digital X-rays) to support safe and effective implant treatment.
- Commitment to high standards of infection control, patient safety, and adherence to relevant dental regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex treatment options clearly and support patient comfort and confidence.
- Experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary dental team and contributing to a positive, respectful clinical environment.
- Relevant dental degree and recognized postgraduate training or certification in implantology; registration with the appropriate professional dental body.
- Evidence of continuous professional development in implant dentistry and related areas such as restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail in clinical documentation, and reliability in managing appointment schedules and follow-ups.
