This role
In this role, you'll be the expert guiding our clients through the implementation of our all-in-one HR, payroll and benefits platform. HR & Payroll Implementation Consultants are responsible for gathering information, creating and delivering training to our customers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to proficiently operate and administer our software. You will be a primary contact point for our customers during the training & implementation process across both Employment Hero HR & Payroll, and you'll work closely with them to understand their unique needs, configure our software, and provide support to ensure a seamless transition.

Your key focus areas will be:
- Working with both HR and Payroll teams to deliver great outcomes for our customers
- Designing, developing and delivering Payroll and HR implementation workshop content to multiple clients based on best practice
- Delivering training to clients on payroll implementations
- Design, develop and support content creation
- Educate clients on best practice using the Employment Hero & KeyPay platform
- Respond to customer communications and queries during the implementation within SLA
- Manage a portfolio of clients concurrently and ensure they have a successful implementation journey
- Work closely with clients who may need more support in understanding the platform and troubleshooting issues
- Build strong working relationships with fellow Customer Experience (CX) team members and external teams to continuously drive improvement in what we do and how we do it
- Ensure the data in our business management systems (e.g. sales, support, project management, time tracking) is accurate and current
- Continuously update all administrative requirements as part of the role to ensure reporting and data accuracy is a priority
- Constantly review and improve our delivery processes
- Work with the wider business to drive forward continuous improvement initiatives
- As a subject-matter expert provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Who you are
To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring:
- 3-5 years of training experience, both client facing and processing
- A knowledge of current UK legislative payroll requirements
- Creation and maintenance of learning content to support new products and assist with implementations and platform adoption
- Payroll or HR Implementations experience required to understand the complexities and nuances of an implementation journey
- Excellent communication skills to keep fellow team members and also client engaged and providing an excellent customer service
- Stakeholder management with both internal and external teams to drive change and improvement in the services we offer
- Time management skills, bring dependable in the workplace and managing a challenging workload when need
- Scheduling management to effectively manage a high volume project portfolio.
