About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work with a collaborative, high-performing team to design, develop, and deploy customised client solutions. Key to the role is bridging technical expertise with exceptional communication to demonstrate platform value and shape long-term customer success.
Ideal candidates blend technical proficiency, deep product knowledge, and storytelling skills, supporting external customers and internal stakeholders for enduring impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage CRM and ERP software implementation projects (5–500 users)
- Participate in functional and technical working groups, including progress reviews
- Identify business needs, document requirements, and articulate them via Momentus’s Best Practices Playbooks
- Work alongside Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services to support client onboarding
- Design and deliver stakeholder training (system configuration, end-user context)
- Perform core project management tasks, including:
- Creating onsite agendas
- Maintaining project task lists
- Escalating issues proactively
Requirements
Essential
- 1+ years of hands-on Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation experience
- 2+ years as an Implementation Consultant, including billable hours (with measurable utilization targets)
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills (service customers across the globe)
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel up to 40%—as scheduled—to client venues

- Familiarity with Mavenlink / Kantata software, and/or Momentus solutions provides advantage
- Venue/exhibition industry experience appreciated but not mandatory
