Implementation Consultant (AI SaaS) UK

Implementation Consultant (AI SaaS)

Remote | United Kingdom

Salary: within the region of £48,000 to £62,000 depending on experience

Most Implementation Consultants configure software.

In this role, you'll help customers rethink how they measure quality.

At evaluagent, we're helping organisations move from traditional, manual quality assurance to AI-powered quality evaluation.

Our customers have often spent years building quality programmes designed around human assessors. Your job is to help them translate that expertise into AI-powered evaluations they can trust.

It's a role that's part consultant, part problem solver and part educator.

If you enjoy working with customers, asking great questions and helping people solve genuinely complex challenges, you'll love this role.

What makes this role different?

This isn't about following a project plan or ticking off implementation tasks.

Every customer has their own view of what great quality looks like. You'll work alongside Quality, Operations and Customer Experience leaders to understand their goals, challenge assumptions where needed and help them build confidence in a completely new approach.

  • You'll run workshops, lead onboarding engagements, guide proof of concepts and help customers understand not just how to use evaluagent, but why AI evaluates conversations differently from traditional QA.
  • Just as importantly, you'll teach customers how to build and refine their own evaluations, so they leave every engagement confident and self-sufficient.
  • Along the way, you'll work closely with Product, Customer Success, Sales and Technical Success, bringing customer insight back into the business and helping shape how we continue to evolve our platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
