As our Implementation Consultant, you'll be translating client dreams into detailed roadmaps, and executable delivery plans that make them real.
Key Responsibilities
- Own implementation projects for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Lead scoping workshops to capture business requirements, marketing workflows, governance processes, and technical dependencies
- Share your wisdom on Martech best practices, illuminating the path to maximise platform adoption and success
- Design bespoke solutions and orchestrate seamless integration workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Configuration, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success
- Advise on migration strategies that ensure harmonious coexistence with existing systems
- Forge strong alliances with third-party agencies for collaboration
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and adoption
- Deliver impactful presentations that charm senior stakeholders
- Uphold and share best practices to ensure consistent delivery excellence
- Work through timelines and budgets, monitoring project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring milestones are achieved
- Assist customers during go-live and provide post-implementation support

Requirements
- 2-3 years of SaaS implementation experience
- Strong understanding of the Martech realm
- Proven ability to lead stakeholder engagement sessions as well as scoping and solution workshops
- Skilled in translating business requirements and crafting and delivering client-tailored system solutions
- Proven success in steering client interactions and implementations with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of data migration and systems integration concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised, with experience managing detailed project documentation, RAID logs, or configuration checklists without missing dependencies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools e.g. monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid etc
- Meticulous attention ensures nothing slips through the cracks
- Influence decisions at every level
- Balance juggling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting every deadline
- Build trust and foster strong relationships with an infectious enthusiasm
