Implementation Consultant (IC)
Location: Manchester (Hybrid role/flexible working)
Salary: Competitive plus excellent benefits

What are we looking for?
Customer Success is a core value of Mobysoft. A SaaS Implementation Consultant (IC) is the key to ensuring that the Customer’s interactions with Mobysoft are professional, high quality and timely, providing the most secure foundation to build upon as the company continues to grow. We are looking for an individual with excellent potential to develop relationship skills to build strong, productive partnerships with our customers and within the Mobysoft team.
Organised and structured, the IC is responsible for the systematic on time quality delivery of projects to customers. The successful candidate will learn how to implement and manage multiple concurrent projects across numerous clients.
The main goals of the IC are to provide configuration and technical implementation of the different Mobysoft products into the Social Housing sector. The IC drives projects from scoping and requirements gathering through to launch and support during a hyper-care period, by anticipating the needs of the clients and ensuring the alignment of the internal and external teams focused on the implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting and product expertise to customers enabling comprehensive solutions to be delivered
- Determine the scope of the solution, identifying and scheduling the resources required to successfully complete the implementation.
- Ensure sales, account management, and support have the appropriate tools to sell and support Mobysoft’s products
- Produce and manage client-facing documentation
- Conduct implementation pilots and help our customers envisage the final solution
- Work with clients during implementations to, where required, identify and manage data cleansing of client data prior to full launch.
- Present to internal stakeholders a detailed project review prior to customer launch
- Project reporting up to PMO.
- Willing to travel on an occasional basis to support key strategic client engagements.
- Willing to be office based at least one day a week

Required
Qualifications and skills
- 3+ years’ experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years’ experience, working on a B2B and/or B2C role
- Demonstrable ability to understand business and customer needs and apply technology solutions to meet client requirements
- Demonstrable experience in data manipulation using appropriate applications such as MS Excel etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the demonstrable ability to articulate technical concepts in an understandable way to non-technical colleagues and clients.
- A professional demeanour whilst working with clients under time and pressure constraints.
- Natural ability to problem solve and finds job satisfaction in creating logical solutions
- Proficient in SQL
Desirable
- Knowledge and experience working in the Social Housing sector
- Rent / Income Management
- Housing Management Systems (Northgate, Civica, Capita, Orchard, Aareon, etc.)
- Escalation policies
- A background in software implementation and Software-as-a-Service systems
- Experience using a CRM solution such as SalesForce
- Ideally some experience in Python or C#
