I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why Join?
- Be part of reinventing private markets, where AI doesn’t just analyze but acts with accountability.

The Big Picture: What We’re Building
Currently, financial markets are shifting to AI. These innovations exist—but they’re fragmented: the front office uses data; the back office runs analytics at aspirational scale; but scripts lose precision as people step in to handle valuable exceptions.
At Eunice, we’re building a close-to-market, AI-native platform—first in alternative assets, now trending into private markets, with regulators already tapping us to improve real-world workflows.
In the next three to five years, smart agents will automate the last mile of private markets diligence. If this industry’s next iteration excites you, let’s build it together.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience: Candidates must meet minimum requirements for ownership and execution:
- At least 2 years in private markets, alternatives, or related field (e.g., as an asset owner, allocator, GP, fund administrator, consultant, or fintech supplier to the asset class).
- Detailed knowledge of key private markets workflows: fund structures, diligence, manager selection processes, reporting, or portfolio monitoring.
