Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Implementation Consultant to lead and co-lead small to mid-sized implementations from scoping to go-live. You’ll be the key contact during delivery - bringing users, project teams, and product colleagues together to land successful deployments that improve outcomes across the NHS and wider care sector.
What You’ll Do
- Own phases of structured implementation, from discovery and configuration through testing, training, and go-live.
- Facilitate workshops with client project teams; turn requirements into clear configuration and release artefacts.
- Manage configuration specs, change requests, and knowledge capture so everyone stays aligned.
- Support onsite and remote cutovers, hypercare, and triage - helping users feel confident from day one.
- Track milestones and risks, feed lessons learned into service improvement, and keep communication flowing.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
