About the Role
We are looking for a ServiceNow focused Implementation Lead, currently based in the UK to drive enterprise AI deployments and lead customer engagements across complex ServiceNow environments.
This role is ideal for someone with deep ServiceNow experience who enjoys working directly with customers, leading implementation teams, and delivering strategic outcomes. You will act as the primary advisor for customers throughout their transformation journey, ensuring successful adoption of Moveworks and ServiceNow EmployeeWorks solutions.

What You Will Do
As a ServiceNow Implementation Lead, you will:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and customer outcomes.
- Run executive and technical discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, processes, and ServiceNow environments.
- Partner with ServiceNow administrators, platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
- Guide the design and implementation of integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, identity platforms, and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Establish best practices, playbooks, and repeatable processes that scale across customer engagements.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow delivery, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations and managing customer stakeholders.
- Have hands-on experience implementing system integrations via REST and/or SOAP APIs (not just consuming them within your own app, but connecting systems together).
- Are familiar with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and identity systems (Okta, Active Directory, Entra ID), and have integrated with at least some of them.
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta or Active Directory.
- Proficient in at least one backend language: Python, Java, PowerShell or Bash.
- Advanced / Native English communication skills.
- Must have full working rights in the UK.
