Implementation Manager
Role Summary
Stavtar Solutions is looking for an Implementation Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and delivery experience for our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact from contract signing through go-live, managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure every implementation lands on time, within scope, and aligned to the business value the client signed up for.
This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery, client discovery, and project management. It is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-facing delivery professional who can run complex SaaS implementations in fintech or enterprise environments, listening deeply, translating requirements into clear specifications, managing scope diplomatically, and keeping engineering, product, and the client moving in the same direction.
Stavtar is a SaaS company that provides business spend management and expense allocation software purpose-built for complex organizations such as alternative asset managers. Our product, StavPay, has changed the way complex businesses manage their spend and expense allocation, and Implementation Managers are how we get every new client there successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Delivery
- Own the full implementation lifecycle from contract signing through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations and business value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding, managing day-to-day communication and stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and implementation documentation for each engagement.
- Proactively identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and scope changes early, before they turn into problems.
- Run multiple concurrent implementations without letting quality or communication slip on any of them.
Client Discovery & Requirements
- Lead structured discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, goals, constraints, and pain points.
- Translate ambiguous or incomplete client input into clear, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases early to avoid rework downstream, and maintain an organized, evolving requirements log aligned with what is being built.
- Document business processes, data flows, and user journeys, producing diagrams (swimlanes, sequence flows) that both clients and engineers can follow.
- Manage expectations and help clients prioritize needs vs. wants, pushing back diplomatically to protect scope and timeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
