About us
We are Vitesse - the treasury and payment partner of choice for insurance.
Formed in 2014 by a team of proven FinTech entrepreneurs, we are an FCA-regulated business providing global claim funds management and payment solutions. Operating one of the largest banking and payment settlement networks in the world, we give our customers direct access to 200 countries and currencies. Through a single integration, insurers can use this network to pay claims in as fast as 45 seconds and deliver a superior claimant experience. Our market-leading treasury proposition provides insurers with transparency and control over their claim funds, even when delegated to third parties, allowing them to have their money in the right place, at the right time, to make that all-important payment when customers need it most. With over 175 employees across our London headquarters, Europe, and the US, $93m Series C funding secured, and exceeding £10bn in processed transactions, we are only just getting started.
We are collaborative, customer centric and work with integrity, whilst partnering with some of the biggest insurance leaders including Lloyd's of London and Many Pets. We take huge pride in our company culture, ensuring that everyone has a part to play, an opportunity to be heard, be involved, and the ability to make a real difference. As we continue to scale up, we want like-minded humans to join us on this exciting journey. Are you ready?
The Role
Vitesse is looking for an organised, adaptable and technically minded Solutions Manager to support the implementation and integration of third-party insurance systems into the Vitesse ecosystem.
Working within the Solutions team, you will help deliver client and partner implementations, supporting the integration of insurance claims platforms and related systems with Vitesse's payment processing platform. You will work closely with clients, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Business Development teams to ensure implementations are delivered efficiently and successfully.
Following the pre-sales process, you will take ownership of the implementation lifecycle, working with clients to understand their business processes, technical requirements and integration needs. You'll help translate solution designs into successful implementations, coordinating stakeholders through discovery, onboarding, testing, go-live and handover to Customer Success.
This role would suit someone with a few years of professional experience who enjoys solving problems, understanding how systems connect, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, processes evolve and no two implementations are quite the same. You don't need to be an expert in payments or insurance from day one, but you should be excited by the opportunity to learn both domains and become a trusted member of a growing implementation function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
