About FoundryOS
We're big believers in autonomous teams and iterative development. We're crazy about continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, and we want people who share our enthusiasm.
We strive to always build the right thing and build the thing right, so we place great emphasis on understanding exactly what our clients need and delivering quality products that exceed their expectations.
We think that high performing teams operate best through a model of build-it and run-it that comes from a deep curiosity about how our products work and how our clients use them. We use this foundation to build comprehensive product knowledge and industry expertise, but we're not dogmatic about it.
We operate in multiple build squads that operate independently but align to the same goals and ways of working. We recognise that different drives guide our roadmaps from client needs to commercial strategy to regulatory change and managing those dependencies are made through aligned team decisions.
We make client success everyone's business — what we are going to do and how we do it are team decisions.
We strongly believe that you grow expertise through hands-on experience, rather than just theoretical knowledge, so our approach to product leadership is designed to give you deep exposure to our products, our clients, and the fintech industry really fast. And really often.
We build our product and tech function with focus on:
- Understanding FoundryOS capabilities, industry needs and client use cases
- Quality is at the heart of everything we do and not just a gate in a process
- Leading client projects and roadmaps, planning and establishing best practices
- Developing expertise in the financial services industry and regulatory environments
- Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships through team excellence
About You
You’re an experienced implementer and delivery expert with a track record of successfully delivering multiple platform or software rollouts in client-facing roles, ideally within finance, wealth, or private banking. You possess strong technical acumen, confidently handling system configuration, data migrations, and integrations, and you’re equally at ease collaborating with client IT as well as business users. Instead of seeing yourself simply as a project manager, you approach every engagement as a consultative partner - able to interpret, challenge, and distil even the most ambiguous requirements into clear, workable solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your organisational skills are proven, and you combine a structured approach with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances when required. You enjoy not only delivering high-quality implementations but also capturing learnings to help us build more scalable and repeatable processes for the future. Ideally, you’ve worked at or with financial services companies and understand the unique compliance, risk, and operational nuances they face. Communication comes naturally to you; you’re comfortable interacting with both technical and non-technical teams, and you’re energised by the opportunity to help co-create new ways of working as our client base grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new clients - from discovery, solution design, implementation and launch.
- Contribute to our growth targets by delighting clients and ensuring implementation targets are met.
- Act as the primary technical and operational liaison for client teams, translating their requirements into tailored platform setups without unnecessary complexity.
- Balance technical, compliance and commercial considerations for us and our clients.
- Build, document, and continuously improve implementation playbooks for repeatability and quality.
- Support technical integrations (think APIs, migrations, integrations with other systems) with a hands-on approach - able to troubleshoot and resolve issues directly.
- Train client teams (and occasionally create simple training materials), ensuring they’re confident using and administering the platform.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to flag issues, shape roadmap priorities, and advocate for what clients truly need.
- Help shape our Implementation function from scratch: tools, metrics, knowledge bases, and best practices.
Location
We describe ourselves as “remote but not remote only”.
We believe work can be done anywhere but relationships and trust are built best face-to-face. And that the best teams take ownership for themselves.
We strongly believe our people should decide where they will do the best work for the company. We don’t support presenteeism, nor do we support missing important face-to-face meetings to receive an Amazon delivery at home. But if you take ownership of yours and your teams’ deliveries, and will work where you need to be to get the best outcome for the company, whether that be at home, in the office in London, or meeting strategic partners, then you’re for us.

- Adept at managing both the business/user and technical/IT client stakeholders, understanding their unique challenges and translating between the two.
