About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced project manager who delivers exceptional customer outcomes, with confidence in managing diverse projects—from workshops with new clients to presentations for senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Core Deliverables
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects:
- Create and manage project plans.
- Track risks and issues.
- Keep customers informed and engaged.
- Lead customer workshops to:
- Capture requirements.
- Map processes.
- Confirm outcomes and manage expectations.
- Deliver training and presentations (in-person/remote) tailored to:
- Diverse audiences.
- Varying system knowledge levels.
- Coordinate internal teams and third parties:
- Manage dependencies.
- Control scope and changes.
- Ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Preferred Experience
- Recruitment/HR sector knowledge.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms (especially ATS or HRIS).
- Experience in high-pulse environments managing multiple projects.
- Full UK driving licence with personal vehicle access (for occasional site visits/overnight stays).
