Senior Project Manager

You’re an experienced project manager passionate about delivering outstanding customer results.

  • Skilled in managing multiple software implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Equally comfortable driving workshops with new clients or presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Want to thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, including:
    • Developing and managing project plans.
    • Tracking risks, issues, and customer engagement.
  • Facilitate customer workshops to:
    • Capture requirements and map processes.
    • Set and manage realistic expectations.
  • Deliver customised presentations and training (both virtual and in-person).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to:
    • Coordinate dependencies.
    • Manage scope and changes.
    • Ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Ideal Skills and Experience

Your background may include:

  • Experience in recruitment/HR sector fields.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly ATS or HRIS solutions.
  • Strong track record in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
  • Must possess a full UK driving licence for occasional travel (site visits and overnight stays).
