Project & Implementation Manager | HealthTech | London (Hybrid)
Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £80,000–£90,000
We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK health technology company revolutionising how large healthcare organisations manage workforce scheduling and operational delivery.
Due to rapid growth in the hospital sector, they seek a Project & Implementation Manager to lead enterprise software rollouts across major healthcare organisations.
This visible role demands expertise in:
- Delivering complex implementations
- Driving long-term user adoption
- Building trusted stakeholder relationships from operational teams to executive leadership
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own end-to-end implementation delivery across multiple enterprise customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout mobilisation, go-live, and adoption phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale SaaS implementations in complex operational environments.
- Drive measurable platform adoption and engagement.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across clinical and operational teams.
- Run governance forums, steering groups, and implementation workstreams.
- Deliver training, onboarding, and change management activities.
- Identify adoption risks and resolve blockers proactively.
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to enhance customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates possess experience in:
- NHS or healthcare technology implementations
- Enterprise SaaS onboarding or professional services
- Workforce management, e-rostering, scheduling, or operational platforms
- Clinical systems deployment or digital transformation programmes
- Large, multi-stakeholder organisational change environments
Key Requirements:
- Strong implementation and project leadership experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication.
- Ability to drive user adoption and behavioural change.
- Confident in engaging senior operational and executive stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with skills to manage multiple concurrent deployments.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
