Project & Implementation Manager | HealthTech | London (Hybrid)

Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £80,000–£90,000

We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK health technology company revolutionising how large healthcare organisations manage workforce scheduling and operational delivery.

Due to rapid growth in the hospital sector, they seek a Project & Implementation Manager to lead enterprise software rollouts across major healthcare organisations.

This visible role demands expertise in:

  • Delivering complex implementations
  • Driving long-term user adoption
  • Building trusted stakeholder relationships from operational teams to executive leadership

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll own end-to-end implementation delivery across multiple enterprise customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout mobilisation, go-live, and adoption phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale SaaS implementations in complex operational environments.
  • Drive measurable platform adoption and engagement.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships across clinical and operational teams.
  • Run governance forums, steering groups, and implementation workstreams.
  • Deliver training, onboarding, and change management activities.
  • Identify adoption risks and resolve blockers proactively.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to enhance customer outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
