Project Manager — Integration & Implementation
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established leisure and hospitality operator with a network of sites across the UK, currently kicking off a transformation programme spanning operations and reservations. This role sits within the integration and implementation workstream.
As Project Manager, you'll drive the end-to-end delivery of system integration and implementation, working closely with the wider programme team to ensure the new core systems are embedded successfully across the business.

Core focus areas:
- Leading integration and implementation planning, governance, and delivery across multiple systems, bespoke and off-the-shelf
- Overseeing API and integration architecture decisions alongside technical teams, ensuring systems talk to each other cleanly
- Coordinating across vendors, internal teams, and other workstreams (including the reservations Change Manager and BA)
- Managing risks, dependencies, and milestones through to go-live
- Ensuring a smooth handover from delivery into business-as-usual

Location/Travel:
- Midlands-based preferred, nationwide travel required with occasional overnight stays
Rate:
- £400–500/day, outside IR35
Contract:
- Day rate, rolling three-month contracts, potential to run to three years — genuine opportunity for a long-term engagement
Start:
- August, September at the latest
