Implementation Project Specialist (Cannock / Remote)
Delivery Manager (SaaS Onboarding & AI Implementation) – Critical Role
About the Role
Our delivery team is venturing into a new SaaS world: AI-first thinking, optimised, and scalable. As we modernise how we onboard clients across the portfolio, this is a unique opportunity to join the business at a pivotal moment and have direct input into ways of working, tools, and client experience.
This is more than a delivery role. As we consolidate and standardise implementation across our product portfolio, you will:
- Help define the standard for client onboarding
- Leverage automation and AI to create a faster, more measurable experience
- Shape ways of working, not just follow them
What You’ll Do
Strategic & Process Improvements
- Improve ways of working, processes, and documentation
- Consolidate and standardise delivery across the product portfolio
- Build repeatable frameworks and scalable workflows
- Design and deliver scalable implementation paths for all products
- Develop a client-centric approach leveraging AI and automation to:
- Shorten time to value
- Improve client experience through measurable, demonstrable outcomes
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Support large product migration projects and BAU as required
- Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects across technical products, ensuring on-time delivery within agreed timelines
- Create comprehensive project plans and proactively monitor progress
- Review handovers from sales teams, ensuring:
- Clear definition of project requirements, scope, and client expectations
- Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver projects with:
- On-time execution
- Budget compliance
- Highest quality standards (TTV & CSAT)

Core Responsibilities
- Engage with client stakeholders throughout onboarding
- Ensure accountability for tasks, milestones, and deliverables
- Produce status reports covering:
- Milestones
- Deliverables
- Dependencies
- Risks and issues (with escalations as needed)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead project meetings, workshops, training sessions, and reviews
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all deliverables
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Support and Client Success to enhance client experience
- Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base, and training materials
- Manage client feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed effectively
- Handle client objections professionally, following escalation procedures
- Own all client communications
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling throughout onboarding
What You’ll Bring
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong project management and implementation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language
- Planning, organisational, and time-management expertise
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building abilities
- Adaptability and flexibility for high-paced, evolving environments
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on successful outcomes
- Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement drive
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently when needed
- Able to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines

Technical & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong IT literacy and proficiency with business systems/software
- Highly analytical and methodical with a strong attention to detail
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of Oracle, Guestline & Stripe
- Spanish-speaking ability is advantageous
