Position Overview
Location: Hybrid/UK Department: Professional Services Reports to: Professional Services Manager In-Office Requirement: Flexible Travel Requirement: Up to 50% Work Schedule: Daily from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Thu), 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Fri) One hour lunch break per day
The Professional Services Engineer is a key role supporting CPOMS’s growth and market-leading status by ensuring successful client implementations. The primary responsibilities include:
- Implementing systems such as CPOMS, StaffSafe, Engage, VisitorSafe, Raptor Emergency Management, and associated tools as required.
- Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction through managed project implementation, service delivery, and training.
- Ensuring compliance with data privacy legislation.

- Collaborate with clients post-sale to align on goals, priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Develop a project plan outlining roles, responsibilities, and execution paths for meeting customer objectives.
- Monitor project progress to ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Translate project objectives for the team, ensuring clear understanding of key deliverables and deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive technical and practical knowledge of Raptor products and training methodologies.
- Lead complex implementations for smaller-market customers.
- Follow departmental processes, records, and best practices.
- Conduct training for administrative and end-users of CPOMS and Raptor software.
- Assist Professional Services Manager and team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date customer databases in Salesforce and internal systems.

Qualifications & Skills
Required Competencies:
- Highly organised, disciplined, and flexible with strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
- Emotionally intelligent, with excellent verbal and written communication tolerating feedback and adapting rapidly.
- Diplomatic, collaborative, and relationship-driven.
- Demonstrates maturity, adaptability, and business acumen.
- Experienced in leading process reviews, design reviews, and change management with clients.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
- Highly motivated to upskill and grow expertise.
- Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Investiture in flexibility, including potential overnight stays or evening training sessions as needed.
