Location: Home-based in the Central Belt, Scotland Salary: £40–50k (dependent on experience)

The Role

As an Implementation & Support Consultant, you’ll play a key role in how our customers experience our platform. You’ll work directly with customers around the world to implement our solution and support them post go-live. From understanding business challenges to configuring solutions, delivering training, and resolving issues, you’ll combine consulting, delivery, and problem-solving to help customers get real value from the platform.

What We’re Looking For

  • A relevant degree, such as Computer Science, Maths, or Business
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a:
    • Business Transformation
    • PMO (Project Management Office) role
    • Consulting role
    • Service Desk role
    • GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) role
    • SaaS Support role
  • Confident, customer-facing communicator who enjoys building strong relationships
  • Technically curious and business-minded, with strong analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with SaaS solutions to improve business outcomes
  • A self-starter who works well autonomously in a fast-paced environment
