Implementations Agent
Job Opportunity: Implementations Agent (Remote) – United Kingdom
A unique opportunity to shape and scale the customer activation journey for an international B2B SaaS platform, collaborating with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
About the Role
This remote position (with HR managed by Jobgether) is offering an exciting challenge for an autonomous, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic setting, helping growing companies unlock value through digital transformation.
As the first dedicated Implementations Agent in this function, you’ll:
- Build scalable activation processes that drive measurable outcomes.
- Proactively engage mid-stage customers to increase platform usage and prevent churn.
- Partner across teams to refine onboarding workflows and improve end-to-end customer journeys.
- Leverage data to optimize strategies—tracking key metrics like time-to-value, activation rates, and engagement trends.

Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee a portfolio of 15–25 customer accounts, leading them through each stage of platform adoption—diagnosing challenges, prioritizing intervention, and driving escalation where needed.
- Identify risks of inactivity/churn through deep client analysis, implementing corrective measures (e.g., calls, workshops, or troubleshooting) to boost retention.
- Design, document, and iteratively improve customer activation playbooks, ensuring consistent delivery across teams.
- Collaborate with the Implementation team to guarantee seamless handoffs from sales to active adoption—minimizing friction and maximizing customer confidence.
- Analyze data (via Salesforce, Metabase, Snowflake, or similar tools) to assess platform usage, prevent drop-offs, and tailor outreach strategies.
- Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify hurdles and advocate for improvements that unlock customer success.
- Own the end-to-end customer activation journey, troubleshooting barriers and crafting tailored solutions to drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements
Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Activation, or SaaS client-facing roles with prior experience in B2B digital adoption for small/medium businesses, agtech, supply chain, or related markets.
- Strong ability to build customer relationships while keeping an eye on KPIs, especially:
- Time-to-value metrics
- Activation rates
- Engagements (e.g., sessions, feature adoption)
- Churn risk indicators
- Data-driven mindset: Rooted in measurable impact and analytical problem-solving.
- Proven success in maximizing customer usage—particularly within transitioning-from-offline-to-digital audiences.
- Highly autonomous with experience forming scalable processes in fast-growing teams with limited hand-holding.
- Fluent native Spanish + Highly proficient English (communication for international touchpoints).
- Knowledge of CRM/platform analytics tools (Salesforce, Metabase, Snowflake simply desirable but not mandatory).
- Prior exposure to marketplace models or niche agri/SaaS industries considered a plus.
