Import Operator

Freight Forwarding Operator Role

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our fantastic team of Import Operators, responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of the freight forwarding process, covering Sea, Air & Road for our key customers.

Key Requirements

  • Managing the entire shipping process from start to finish
  • Arranging CDS (Customs Declaration Service) clearances
  • Handling Container & Groupage Deliveries
  • Booking shipments with overseas agents
  • Coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with customs procedures
  • Tracking shipments to guarantee safe and timely delivery
  • Providing high-level Customer Service

Preferred Criteria

  • Strong preference for at least 3 years’ experience in Imports as a Freight Forwarder
  • Extensive knowledge of Imports via Sea, Air & Road
  • Experience with CDS Customs Clearance and sending entries
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Positive & professional personality
  • Ability to work well under pressure & multi-task efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Strong team player mindset
