Are you an experienced professional with a passion for driving change and improvement and ready to step into a management role within Social Services and Wellbeing? Then the role of Improvement and Performance Manager provides an opportunity to lead both the Performance and Information Team and the Directorate Support Unit, supporting senior managers to deliver key priorities across the Directorate.
You will oversee the performance management framework, ensuring high-quality, timely data informs decision-making, service planning and continuous improvement. You will also manage core business support functions, ensuring effective and efficient support to the Directorate's senior management teams.

The role carries responsibility for ensuring compliance with key legislation and governance frameworks, including the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, UK GDPR and Social Services Complaints in Wales.
You will bring proven management skills, a focus on performance and improvement and the ability to support senior managers with clear, reliable insight to drive service effectiveness.
