Leading Global Bank Seeks In-House Counsel
A leading diversified and global bank with a strong balance sheet is seeking an in-house counsel for its London office.
Role Overview
The postholder will advise on a range of lending transactions whilst supporting the business meet its’ strategic objectives. Working as part of a small legal team, the role offers excellent variety and to be part of an organisation well placed for growth and expansion over the coming years. The company operates a hybrid working structure and collaborative environment.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate the following:
- UK Qualified Lawyer with circa 4 years PQE
- Banking and finance background
- Some previous leveraged finance experience
- A team player with the ability to provide stakeholders with effective and commercial legal advice
