Job Title
This is an opportunity to join a globally recognised insurance business with a collaborative culture and a strong commitment to professional development. The organisation offers a flexible working environment, exposure to international operations and the chance to contribute to the ongoing evolution of a sophisticated tax function.
A leading international financial services group is seeking an experienced Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager to join its EMEA tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with strong compliance and reporting expertise to take ownership of corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions while supporting financial reporting and tax provision processes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Tax Compliance & Reporting, you will play a key role in delivering tax compliance and reporting obligations across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on UK and EU direct taxes. This is a hands-on position offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders across finance, tax and business functions internationally.
The successful candidate will ideally come from the insurance sector and have experience of working with Lloyd's of London syndicates, although candidates from broader financial services backgrounds will also be considered.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
