In-House Corporate Tax Manager – Insurance Location: City of London, hybrid working Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + bonuses & benefits
About the Role
A brand-name insurance business is seeking an ambitious In-House Corporate Tax Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Tax Compliance & Reporting, the successful candidate will oversee the compliance lifecycle for a portfolio of EMEA entities, ensuring:
- Direct tax compliance and reporting obligations are met
- Tax authority audits are effectively managed
- Support provided on technical, international tax issues
- Collaboration with in-house and external specialist tax/finance stakeholders

- Project manage compliance lifecycle for multiple entities
- Ensure tax compliance and reporting meets regulatory obligations

Requirements
✅ Qualified: ACA/CTA with financial services/insurance experience (London Market advantageous) ✅ Background: Trained primarily in top professional practice, though in-house (FS/insurance) experience welcome ✅ Technical Expertise:
- Tax accounting under IFRS/US GAAP
- Current & deferred taxation
- UK/international tax compliance processes ✅ Language Skills: Mainstream European language skills a plus, but not essential
