Overview
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded In-House Counsel to join our dynamic aviation sales and acquisitions business. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced international aviation company, providing legal support across aircraft transactions and wider commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate aircraft sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, brokerage agreements, and related transaction documents.
- Provide legal advice on domestic and international aircraft acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing.
- Manage legal risk across commercial contracts and business operations.
- Liaise with external counsel, financiers, regulators, and other professional advisers as required.
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Advise senior management on legal and commercial issues affecting the business.
- Assist with dispute resolution and claims where necessary.

About You
- Qualified solicitor or lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Experience in aviation, asset finance, transport, or international commercial transactions is highly desirable.
- Commercially focused with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented advice.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the business.
