Description
The In-house Employment Lawyer will:
- Manage a caseload of employment law claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Provide legal advice and representation to union members
- Prepare cases for tribunal proceedings and support litigation strategy
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to progress cases efficiently
- Deliver clear, practical guidance on employment law issues
Profile
We’re looking for an In-house Employment Lawyer with:
- 2+ years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in employment law
- Proven experience in handling tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Strong client-facing advisory skills, with excellent communication
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- A passion for employee rights and advocacy
- Location: Based near Salford (for court and office attendance)
