In-house Global Mobility Tax Specialist

Outstanding Opportunity: Global Mobility Tax Assistant Manager / Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or Manager to join a highly regarded organisation and build an in-house career in global mobility tax.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working alongside an experienced Senior Manager, you will:

  • Gain exposure to a broad range of UK and international mobility issues while developing your commercial, technical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Play a critical role in managing the business’s globally mobile workforce through:
    • Advising on international secondments, business travel, cross-border, and remote working arrangements
    • Assessing UK PAYE, NIC, and overseas payroll obligations
    • Reviewing double tax treaties, STSPs (Special Tax Staff Panels), and social security positions, including A1 and C пле ро مجالات (Certificate of Coverage) requirements
    • Supporting the management of permanent establishments and corporate tax risk
    • Partnering with HR, business leaders, and external advisers to deliver practical, commercial solutions
    • Enabling global mobility compliance, including:
      • Shadow payroll management
      • Reporting for Appendix 4 and 8
    • Improving processes, guidance, and reporting for an internationally mobile workforce

  • Significant experience in global mobility tax, alongside a tax qualification
  • Currently operating as an Assistant Manager or Manager
  • A strong technical foundation combined with a commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience
  • Excited by the opportunity to transition from practice to industry
