Senior Real Estate Finance Lawyer – Real Assets Legal Team (London)
We are currently working with a market-leading Credit Fund to identify an experienced Real Estate Finance lawyer to join their Real Assets legal team in London.
This is a senior role focused on bringing relevant finance experience to an exceptionally high-quality legal team. The team supports a busy European platform specialising in Real Estate Debt and Alternative Credit.

About the Role
We are seeking a lawyer specialising in lender-side Real Estate Finance, typically within a broader finance practice. Preferred candidates will come from one of:
- A market-leading law firm
- An equivalent high-calibre in-house team
Candidates should have 4–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience, though variations may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on real estate debt transactions and alternative credit structures
- Supporting the finance-driven team effectively alongside the broader legal function
- Collaborating closely with platform teams and stakeholders in Europe

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4–8 years of post-qualification experience
- Specialised expertise in real estate finance (lender-side focus)
- Proven track record from a premier law firm or equivalent high-quality environment
