In-House Legal Counsel
In-House Legal Counsel – Asset Management | London
A leading global investment management firm is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its London-based legal team.
This is a broad and intellectually engaging role offering exposure across fund structuring, corporate initiatives, regulatory matters, and wider asset management activities on a global scale. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate fund formation documentation including LPAs, PPMs, subscription agreements, and side letters Support legal work relating to investment management, distribution, introducer, rebate, and marketing agreements Advise on product launches, entry into new jurisdictions, and broader strategic business initiatives Provide guidance on regulatory developments impacting the asset management industry Assist with corporate governance matters and board-related work Work closely with the wider global legal and compliance teams on business-critical projects

Experience Required Qualified lawyer with approximately 4–6 years’ PQE
