LR Talent are partnering with a global, fast-growing recruitment firm to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in their growth strategy.

We're open to strong recruitment agency professionals looking to make their first move in-house. If you've built a track record in recruitment and you're ready for a new challenge shaping a talent function from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for senior recruitment roles across the UK and US offices
  • Partner directly with founders and directors to understand hiring needs and deliver effective attraction strategies
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across specialist markets
  • Drive improvements across hiring processes, candidate experience, and reporting
  • Leverage LinkedIn, personal branding, and market networks to engage top-tier talent
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support employer brand initiatives
  • Represent the business confidently across LinkedIn, events, and direct outreach

About You

  • 5 years' + experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Ideally experienced in senior-level permanent recruitment or hiring for specialist roles
  • Proven ability to attract and engage senior candidates
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Positive, energetic, and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for helping a business scale
  • Strong LinkedIn presence or willingness to build one
