Job Description

Founded in 1997, Vitaflo develops specialised clinical nutrition products for patients with inherited metabolic disorders, paediatric kidney disease and those requiring specialist diets, including the ketogenic diet. With a global presence, our research and innovation are driven by the needs of the patients we serve.

Behind our products is a dedicated and collaborative team, united by a shared passion to make a meaningful difference to patients’ lives. This dedication is reflected in our people—90% of employees said in our 2025 survey that they are proud to work at Vitaflo.

Our mission, Enhancing Lives Together, sits at the centre of our business, guiding our decisions, our innovation, and our commitment to patients and their families.

As our business continues to grow globally, we are seeking a talented and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with approximately 3 years' post-qualification experience to develop a broad and rewarding in-house career. This is a two-year fixed term contract, reporting to the Head of HR and Legal, and working with an experienced paralegal, you will provide practical, highly commercial legal support to stakeholders across Vitaflo's global operations.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of legal matters including commercial contracts, intellectual property, data protection, compliance, advisory work and legal operations. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and with external legal advisers in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including:
    • Distribution agreements
    • Supply and manufacturing agreements
    • Logistics and warehousing contracts
    • Confidentiality agreements
    • Consultancy and service agreements
    • Software and technology contracts
  • Advise stakeholders on contractual risks and appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development and maintenance of contract templates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
