In-Resort Host
Host – Guest Experience Specialist (Malta)
As a key member of our team, you’ll play a major role in bringing happiness and excitement to people from around the world visiting and experiencing Malta. If you’re dedicated, dependable, and driven to provide exceptional guest service, this could be the opportunity for you!
The Host position offers an exciting chance for team members to make meaningful connections with guests during our tour and experience offerings.
About the Role
The Host will be responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience to guests throughout their time in Malta, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and personalised.
Responsibilities
Hosts must:
- Host, communicate, and interact with individuals and larger groups in a warm, professional manner—from arrival to departure in Malta.
- Deliver an informative and engaging itinerary, enriching guests’ stay with interesting content.
- Manage safe and comfortable transportation to/from all destinations.
- Coordinate, plan, and execute published visits/experiences, with flexibility to offer personalised alternatives when requested.
- Ensure the transport vehicle (bus) is well-maintained, kept clean both inside and out, and safe in operation. This includes driving, parking, and route navigation.
- Verify standards of suppliers (restaurants, transport—land & sea, guides, venues) during planning and execution.

Language Requirements
The position is open to candidates proficient in any of the following languages (enough to communicate freely with tourist guests):
- Polish
- Romanian
- Italian
- French
- German
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Dutch
- Serbian
Preference will be given to applicants who speak multiple languages.
Other Key Information
- Full-time position with flexible hours (including full/half days, nights, evenings, weekends, and public holidays).
- Perks: Meals and transport allowance included when assisting guests on itineraries.
