We are looking for an In Room Dining Attendant to join our vibrant team at Fairmont St Andrews!

As an In Room Dining Attendant, you’ll bring the luxury of our resort straight to our guests’ doors, ensuring every detail of their dining experience is delivered with warmth, precision, and care.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering exceptional service: Take guest orders over the phone with professionalism, following agreed standards and procedures.
  • Attention to detail: Prepare trays with care, present them to guest rooms, collect signatures, and discreetly retrieve trays once no longer required.
  • Keeping things stocked: Assist with the organisation and replenishment of in-room mini bars, ensuring every guest has everything they need at hand.
  • Team player (and independent star): Work collaboratively with your colleagues, while also being confident and efficient when working solo.
