About The Ned:
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Reporting to In Room Dining management team and as the friendly face of the guest experience you will:
- Using your unrivalled knowledge of our menus, you’ll answer all guests queries and provide recommendations to make sure every guest receives the perfect meal
- Even when not directly interacting with our guests you will be in full view so you will always be impeccably presented, delivering a slick operation, all with a friendly and open energy
- Be the last guardian of food and drink quality and presentation, never letting anything lower than Ned standards reach our guests
- Run In room dining operations smoothly, report any issues, provide feedback and laise with different outlets
- Maintain a safe and clean working area, protecting our guests and your teammate
- Shifts vary between an 0630 start and a late finish, depending on the business level
- Lead all commercial aspects of the business including stocktakes, menu changes, payroll and as per instructed by manager
