Current Opportunity: In-Room Dining Head Waiter/Waitress
We are currently recruiting for an In Room Dining Head Waiter/Waitress for our 5-Star Luxury Hotel The Londoner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, discreet, and intuitive service to guests in line with 5-star expectations
- Manage and deliver in-room dining orders promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented
- Guide guests through menu choices and dietary requirements with confidence and knowledge
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge across all food and beverage offerings
- Support training and mentoring of the In-Room Dining team
- Ensure all trays, trolleys, equipment, and minibars are impeccably set and maintained
- Uphold health & safety, allergen, and food hygiene standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, F&B, and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest journey

About You
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment (essential)
- A refined service style: polished, confident, and anticipatory
- Passionate about delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanour
- Exceptional attention to detail and standards
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and remain composed under pressure
- A team player with natural leadership potential
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
