ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused In Room Dining Server to become a valued member of our outstanding In Room Dining team at Pan Pacific London.
You bring confidence, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, whether with guests or colleagues. Calm under pressure and committed to excellence, you take pride in creating memorable experiences at every opportunity.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Server in our In Room Dining department, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
- Make sure all linen, cutlery, glasses and dishes are clean and well-presented prior to delivering to the guest
- Accurately record all orders delivery
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu
