Our Hotel

The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

Your Key Responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of their location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

You will join our team of outstanding in-house team to deliver flawless service in a world-leading luxury hotel and ensure our guests have a luxury dining experience from the comfort of their bedroom. You will be assisting the assistant manager and supervisors in meeting the high expectations of our discerning guests. Eager to learn, you will be a confident and adaptable individual able to thrive in a high-pressure dining environment.

Who Are We Looking For

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about celebrating the individuality of our hotels and guests.

We are looking for team members who bring:

You will be exceptionally well presented and capable of making a warm first impression on our guests while delivering discreet, sensitive standards of service.

This role is part-time - 16 hours.

The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible rota, including day, evening, and weekend shifts, to support our business needs.
