About the Role
We are recruiting for an In-Room Dining Waiter/Waitress at The Londoner, a 5 Star Luxury Hotel. Responsible for crafting and delivering a exceptional in-room dining experience, this role demands precision, luxury standards, and a fast-paced service-driven mindset. You will ensure seamless operations within in-room dining, aligning with The Londoner’s signature brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulation and exceptional in-room dining service, catering to discerning guests.
- Operate in a fast-paced, high-end food environment, maintaining impeccable standards.
- Coordinate the smooth execution of in-room dining orders while embodying deluxe hospitality.
- Ensure atention to detail and adherence to brand protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the hotel’s luxurious reputation.

Requirements
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
✅ Previous experience in high-end food service – preferably with in-room dining exposure. ✅ Exceptional customer service skills, where attention to detail is paramount. ✅ Fluent command of the English language – both spoken and written.
