On behalf of an esteemed customer, luxury brand, we are recruiting the following profile to join their team in London:

In Store Bespoke Tailor / Sarto In Store / Luxury Brand / London

Responsibilities:

  • Take measurements for bespoke collections, including suits, shirts, and casualwear
  • Apply advanced tailoring strategies for VIP and highly loyal clients
  • Travel to provide bespoke home services for clients
  • Collaborate with the Master Tailor and jointly manage atelier operations
  • Refine your skills in tailoring techniques and precise measurements to create custom-made garments for clients
  • Deliver an exceptional client journey by consistently elevating the customer experience
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards and maintain a premium store atmosphere at all times
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand’s core values

  • Skills in MTM, MTO and Bespoke services

  • English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
