In Store Merchandismer – Visual Merchandiser Role
We are looking for an In-Store Merchandiser to join one of our exciting stores.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves the visual element of fashion and is looking to grow their career. If you care about style, love working in a team, and want to be part of our growing brand, we’ve got the job for you.
As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store. Reporting to the Area Visual Manager and the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every visual element reflects our identity and enhances the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Execution & Standards
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines across all departments, ensuring consistency and creativity.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, ensuring displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Regularly refresh window and in-store displays to reflect current trends, promotions, and product launches.
Commercial Awareness
- Analyse store layout and customer flow to optimise product placement and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify key commercial opportunities and adapt visual strategies accordingly.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep our visual approach fresh and relevant.

Team Development & Collaboration
- Identify visual skill levels within the store team and deliver hands-on training to build confidence and capability.
- Work closely with sales associates to ensure visual standards are maintained throughout the day.
- Foster a collaborative environment where creativity and feedback are encouraged.
Operational Support
- Support the Store Manager in driving a service-first mentality and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with stock management, floor moves, and promotional setups.
- Ensure all visual merchandising complies with health and safety standards.
Requirements
The successful In-Store Visual Merchandiser will have:
- A passion for fashion, design, and retail.
- A strong eye for detail and flair for creativity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
